DigiSports is the AI sports platform that makes professional analyses accessible to everyone—from amateur clubs to national programs. Our technology automatically detects, analyzes, and transforms content into actionable insights. Our founding team currently consists of Leon and Frank. We have submitted an EXIST funding application for one year of financing starting on 01.01.2026 and expect feedback in November 2025. To complete our team, we are looking for a third founding personality.

🚀 Your Role as Co-Founder

As a co-founder, you are part of the founding team and help us drive the mission "From paper to intelligent database!" forward. You work at the intersection of sports, technology, and AI, supporting the translation of our vision into a scalable product.

🧭 Responsibilities

• • Technological product development: You lead the build and evolution of our platform—from ideas and MVPs to a scalable solution.
• • AI & data innovation: Together with the team you develop new approaches for analytics, event detection, and intelligent visualization (2D/3D).
• • Full-stack & cloud ownership: You take responsibility for the technical architecture, build scalable systems, and ensure smooth DevOps workflows.
• • User experience: You bring your UX/UI expertise to design intuitive interfaces that make complex analyses easy to understand.
• • Strategic contribution: You collaborate with the other founders on product strategy, technology roadmap, and go-to-market.

🔎 Your Profile

• • Passion for AI development— you enjoy designing and evolving intelligent systems.
• • Interest or experience with multimodal RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) for video stream processing and automated data evaluation.
• • Experience in full-stack development— you know how to design, implement, and scale applications.
• • A feel for UI/UX design and joy in building intuitive, user-centered interfaces.
• • Know-how in cloud infrastructures and DevOps workflows to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
• • Open and creative mindset — you enjoy trying new technologies and finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• • Team player mentality that combines initiative, sense of responsibility, and entrepreneurial spirit.
• • A technical education, degree, or comparable background is helpful.
